Coffee & Cupcakes: First Quarter Round Up - Coffee Edition

This post is long overdue, but while the Hungry Fam goes on vacation, I wanted to give you a quick recap on the coffee shops and bakers that I've enjoyed during Q1 of 2021. First up, the coffee edition:

Cedar House Roasting Co.  - super cool vibe and located farther from my house than I would like it to be

Social Coffee - currently located inside Chow Yum Phat and can be found on Saturdays at Market at the Oasis, but soon to have their own location!!

Highland Coffees - One of the few coffee shops I've found to be open late! Cute courtyard that makes you feel like you aren't in the middle of campus hustle and bustle.

Magpie Cafe - one of my favorite spots that I've discovered on someone's recommendation! They have an awesome assortment of pastries to fit all dietary needs. Even I ate a vegan chocolate chip cookie...and liked it.

Lighthouse Coffee - One of my favorite places in Baton Rouge. Great mission, great coffee, and this cereal latte is highly addictive.

Brew Ha-Ha - One of the cutest places with the best name! Lots of cool artwork and amazing cake balls for you to enjoy with your coffee.

Coffee Bean Cafe - cute place with one of the most unique drinks I've had yet - the bananas foster latte.

Coffee Joy - Great coffee, friendly staff, good pastries. I need a second visit since I was a little rushed the first trip.

Reve Coffee Lab - Back from their hiatus from Baton Rouge in the perfect spot for them! Part coffee shop, part bar, with a great selection of pastries and some "real" food.

La Divina Italian Cafe - Fabulous coffee, amazing gelato, cookies the size of your head

Cupcake (Bakery) Round-Up headed your way on Wednesday! Lots of good home bakers for you to try to catch at the pop-ups around town!
